Beautiful made Punjabi necklace but unfortunately the hook was broken when I received it and I try to attach the hook back on but wasn’t able put it back on it right loop hole to make it necklace straight to wear it.

Disappointed with the packaging. I spent a lot of money on two necklaces and they were placed in the same box. When I opened the box the two necklaces were really tangled and took me 20 minutes to untangle. Not good enough for the amount of money I spent. They should have been packed properly and individually.
